Joseph Nahman - President

Joseph Nahman - President & CEO -

Joe has a strong background in the hospitality industry and has been managing resort properties for 25 years. His leadership abilities have earned him the presidency of the Lowcountry Property Management Association, a place in the Leadership Hilton Head Program, the "Silver Award" from the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) for "National Timeshare General Manager of the Year" and nominations for a number of other ARDA awards including "National Resort Executive of the Year". Joe holds ARDA's highest designation - Registered Resort Professional (RRP).
 
He has been recognized by the ARDA Educational Institute with the "Seal of Achievement" for adherence to an industry code of ethics and continuing education. In addition, Joe is the past president of the Preferred Business Association of Hilton Head Island, a six-year board member of the South Carolina chapter of the Community Association Institute (CAI), and the Vice Chairman of Hilton Head Preparatory School's Board of Trustees. Joe is a licensed Property Manager-In-Charge, an RCI Master Broker and holds both the CAI Certified Manager of Community Associations and Association Management Specialist designations.
 
Joe is on the board of directors of the Greater Bluffton Chamber of Commerce and has served on the boards of a number of charities and non-profit organizations including Rotary, the American Heart Association and Hilton Head Deep Well Project. He graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts Isenberg School of Management with a degree in Hotel Management and completed the Hyatt Corporate Management Training Program.
 
John Gallagher - Director Of Finance

John Gallagher - Director Of Finance -

John Gallagher graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelors degree in Finance with a specialty in International Business and earned his Masters in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
 
In addition to being a Director of Finance in the construction industry, John's experience includes 5 years timeshare accounting experience with Marriott Vacation Club as an accountant and assistant controller. Originally from North Idaho, he is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys winter and summer sports alike including skiing and golf. After annual summer vacations to Hilton Head Island as a child, John moved to the island in 1997 with his wife.
